Picture a bright and welcoming 130m2 space, meticulously reconstructed to showcase the original wooden ceilings, the splendid Venetian marbled floors dating from the ‘700s and antique Istria stone portals.
You can admire the Bell Tower and St. Mark’s Basilica through the large windows typical of Venetian constructions and see the gondoliers gliding along the canal right under your nose. On sunny days the apartment is magnificently luminous, just perfect for a session of home-made pasta making!
I have been a professional chef for more than 30 years and to say I am obsessed with food would be an understatement. My passion for food is equal to my passion for a lovely space to cook in, and this is why I have built a semi-professional kitchen in the comfort of my own home to host cooking classes.
The kitchen is equipped with a chiller, a semi-professional burner, and two high-performance ovens to guarantee perfect, luscious and hygienically safe plates every single time.
It is my dream to welcome passionate foodies like you into this magical space to show you that cooking like the great italian masters doesn’t have to be complicated and is extremely rewarding.
